What electrical work do you perform?
Our core work includes main panel upgrades, EV charger installation, whole-home and partial rewiring, remodel and new-construction wiring, lighting, dedicated circuits, troubleshooting, repairs and commercial electrical work.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
We coordinate applicable permits, inspections and utility requirements when they are part of the project scope.
Do you coordinate with Southern California Edison?
Yes. For applicable service and meter projects, we can coordinate SCE requirements, meter-spot work and the related inspection process.

Does an EV charger always require a panel upgrade?
No. We evaluate the existing service, calculated load, charger output and available capacity before recommending a panel upgrade or another compliant approach.
Can you install a Tesla Wall Connector or another Level 2 charger?
Yes. We install Tesla Wall Connectors and many other hardwired Level 2 chargers, along with NEMA 14-50 charging circuits when appropriate.
Can you replace an outdated or recalled electrical panel?
Yes. We evaluate the existing equipment, service capacity, grounding, planned loads and utility requirements before defining the replacement scope.
Do you wire remodels, additions and ADUs?
Yes. We provide electrical planning, rough wiring, service and panel work, lighting, dedicated circuits, devices and finish electrical for remodels, additions, ADUs and new construction.
Can you rewire only part of a home?
Yes. A partial or whole-home scope can be developed based on the wiring condition, access, renovation plans and project goals.
Is drywall repair included?
Drywall repair is not included unless it is specifically listed in the project scope.
Do you work with property managers, HOAs and businesses?
Yes. Walteria Electric provides defined scopes and professional communication for commercial properties, property managers, HOAs and general contractors throughout the South Bay.
Do you install customer-provided fixtures or equipment?
Yes, when the product is compatible with the location and electrical system. Mounting, weight, circuit requirements and listing information are reviewed as needed.
